Backlight: Projects a uniform area of ultra-high-powered light using 60 LEDs and collimating lenses. The light cures the resin quickly and precisely, enabling incredible print speeds and excellent print quality and precision anywhere on the platform.
Light Processing Unit 4: Precisely masks the light from the backlight unit, shaping it into the printed layer. The combination of the backlight unit and LPU 4 enables printing with maximum speed, precision, and print quality anywhere on the platform. The LPU 4 has a long service life, resists accidental damage, and is easy to replace.
Release film: A proprietary, textured optical film that provides airflow between the resin tank and the Light Processing Unit. This element is an integral part of the LPU and sits atop it. It significantly reduces peel forces, allowing for extremely fast printing without compromising surface finish, fine detail, accuracy, or reliability.
Intelligent control systems: Six integrated control systems precisely measure and monitor temperature, resin levels, print force, and print status within the device. Together, they ensure consistent, reliable performance and prevent common issues, ensuring consistent results with every device.
Resin Tank: The Form 4B Resin Tank, located inside the printer, holds liquid resin and provides a substrate for curing, thanks to its flexible, dual-layer film structure. It significantly reduces peel forces, allowing for extremely fast printing without sacrificing surface finish, fine detail, accuracy, or reliability.
Automatic resin management: Integrated system that dispenses resin quickly, precisely, and with minimal waste, also simplifying material switching. It allows you to print without worrying about running out of resin and allows you to switch materials in less than a minute. The Form 4 is one of the few printers on the market to offer this feature.
