HOW CAN I CREATE MY ACCOUNT?
Creating your own Reox account is very useful for managing your subscription to one or more products and also for having the situation of your orders under control.
Creating it is very simple. Just click on the little man icon at the top of the site where the menu is and then click on Create Account at the bottom.
The Create Account page will open in which we will have to enter our Name, Surname, Email and Password and finally click on Create. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account and you will be able to immediately check the status of your orders.
WHERE CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?
You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your Reox account. To do this, just click on the little man in the top right corner of the site (both from a PC and a smartphone) and enter your email address (the one used during the purchase) and the password for your account.
At this point in "Account Details" click on the "View Addresses" button and we can modify/delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account. , just click on "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and immediately receive an email so you can choose a new password.
At this point repeat the process to access your account and follow the instructions above. If you have not yet created an account, just click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and then log in to our account and follow the instructions above.
WHERE CAN I FIND ORDERS PLACED IN THE PAST?
You can find orders placed in the past by logging into your Reox account. To do this, just click on the little man at the top right of the site (both from a PC and a smartphone) and enter your email address (the one used during the purchase) and the password for your account. We will find the details of all orders placed up to that point.
If you don't remember your password, simply click "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and you will immediately receive an email then you can choose a new password.
At this point we access the account and we will find the details of the orders placed. If you have not yet created your account, you just need to click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and access your account where you will find the details of your orders.
I FORGOTTEN MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it here by clicking "forgot your password?" and following the steps to recover it.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
The return can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the product itself, if it follows our return policies. In that case, this is the procedure to follow :
Step 1: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after receiving the product with the subject "Return order n. 1.. ."
Step 2: indicate in the email your order number , the product you want to return and the reason
Step 3: You will receive a return approval/rejection email (according to our return policies) with the necessary instructions to proceed
Step 4: You should go to your nearest/preferred shipping office and send the package (use our box if possible) to the given address
Step 5: when we receive the package and only after verifying its integrity, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items.
HOW CAN I PAY ON THE SITE?
You can pay directly on our site with credit card, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay . The amount will be charged when the order is confirmed.
