SHOFU BeautiCem SA
Self-adhesive fluoride-releasing composite cement
BeautiCem SA is a universal self-etching and self-adhesive cement, which, thanks to the S-PRG fillers, is able to release and recharge fluoride. The dual-curing composite cement adhesively bonds the hard tooth substance with all indirect restorative materials and all types of restorations in a simple, fast and reliable way. It is not necessary to apply bonding or perform separate conditioning with phosphoric acid.
Consistent mixing quality
BeautiCem SA is available in two color variants: transparent (“Clear”) and tooth-colored (“Ivory”). It is supplied in a double-chamber syringe with automix tips, which ensure a constant, perfectly dosed and bubble-free mixing quality. The ideal viscosity of this non-sticky cement ensures controlled application and exact seating of the restoration.
Advantages
- Long-lasting adhesion with a wide range of materials
- No phosphoric acid etching, bonding or enamel and dentin primers are required
- Excellent physical characteristics
- High translucency for aesthetically demanding cases
- Limited thickness (11.8 µm)
Thanks to its thixotropic properties, BeautiCem SA forms a uniform, bubble-free layer with a thickness of only 11.8 µm and makes the restoration margins invisible.
Precise control of the refractive index of light ensures maximum translucency in cases requiring perfect aesthetics. Excellent radiopacity facilitates diagnosis in subsequent examinations.
