Formlabs Denture Base Resin is a Class IIa biocompatible resin designed for 3D printing denture bases for full or partial dentures. It offers high dimensional stability, a smooth finish, and excellent esthetic integration with denture teeth printed in Denture Teeth Resin .
Available in a range of natural shades, Denture Base Resin enables dental laboratories to produce custom dentures efficiently and to clinical standards.
The denture bases must be washed with Form Wash , post-polymerized in Form Cure and, if required, can be subjected to cold sterilization cycles or with compatible disinfectant products. Autoclave sterilization is not recommended.
