The Mihm Vogt sintering furnace line is convincing in terms of economic efficiency and reliability, while also satisfying the various requirements due to the properties of the materials precisely.
The model variants of the TABEO series are ideal for use both to integrate smaller CAD/CAM systems and to expand existing sintering furnaces. The respective capacities vary from one sinter tray Ø= 100 mm up to three sinter trays Ø= 120 mm. Your sintering program can be easily entered and saved in the program controller adapted for the TABEO series. Pre-set service programs support you with simple maintenance and cleaning of heating systems. TABEO offers you the possibility to decide whether to use heating systems with MoSi2 or SiC resistors. Both systems are designed for long-term conventional sintering. Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements offer a maximum oven temperature of 1650°C. With the predefined service programs it is possible to regenerate contamination on the heating elements. Due to their physical properties, silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements offer a maximum oven temperature of 1550°C. SiC heating elements do not need to be regenerated with a service program.

The RS-232 interface allows real-time recording of program data for analysis or compliance.
